Fees
Fees are typical for the level of training, experience and specialization available. Full payment is due at the beginning of each session by check, cash or card. Therapy is conducted on a weekly basis for best results. Scholarships for a reduced fee are available periodically.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. The regular fee will be charged for the time reserved when cancellations are received less than 48 hours in advance.
Insurance
While Restoration Counseling TN understands your desire to use your insurance to pay for your counseling sessions, I do not accept insurance. However, I can provide you with a receipt of services if you would like to seek Reimbursment on your own.
Hours of Availability & Scheduling
Sessions are scheduled on the hour and last 50 minutes, unless a pre-arranged 90(+) minute session has been setup. At Restoration Counseling TN there are a variety of times to fit your schedule.

Intensives – If you are interest in intensive counseling over the course of a day or weekend, we would be happy to discuss it with you. Please note availabity is limited for intensives due to being scheduled outside of normal office hours.
